Roses + ROSÉ Hair Care Spa's goal is to provide professional, innovative, and quality hair care services for all clients. Before requesting or making an appointment, please take the time to thoroughly read our policies.

Please note that our policies have been updated  as of 1/2024 and are in effect until further notice.

RESERVATION FEE/ DEPOSIT POLICY

Reservation fees or deposits are REQUIRED for ALL appointments and are due within at time of booking services. These fees are credited toward the cost of your upcoming service. All deposits and reservation fees are non- refundable and non- transferable. If you cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit, and if it’s less than our 48hrs cancellation window, you will be charged for the remainder amount of the scheduled service.

The reservation fee (deposits) schedule are as follows: 50% of services.

CANCELLATION, TARDINESS & NO- SHOW POLICY

Tardiness, Cancellations & NO-SHOWS greatly affect our business. We understand situations occur and for that, we have the following Cancellation Policy in place:

You are given a 10 min grace period to arrive at your scheduled appointment time. After 10 minutes you will assess a late fee of $20 NO EXCEPTIONS. Arriving to appointments later than 15 minutes may result in shorten appointment services or cancellation of appointment and being charged 100% of the remaining balance of the appointment scheduled services. We ask that you let us know of any cancellations at least 48 full hours (2days) before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 full hours notice (2 days from your appointment time) will be charged 100% of the remainder amount of service appointment.

 

Confirmation emails and text  are sent to confirm your appointment and avoid cancellation fees. Failing to confirm can result in cancellation and/or cancellation fees. BE SURE TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT PROMPTLY.

Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or make a change to your existing appointment, you may do so by logging into your appointment portal, or by calling (229) 733-6908. We are not responsible for cancellation requests attempted but not made, requests texted or inaccurate requests on portal.

NO-CALL/NO-SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICES AND BANNED FROM BOOKING IN THE FUTURE.

NEW AND RETURNING CLIENTS

Returning clients are clients who have been serviced at least ONCE within the last 180 days (approx. 6 months). If you have NEVER been serviced or the last time you were serviced was longer than 180 days ago you are considered a "New Client" and can ONLY book under the "ALL First Time Client" service tab.
 

RESERVING APPOINTMENTS

When reserving an appointment with us, your appointment is subjected to approval and does not guarantee appointment time. 

We will ask for a reservation fee or deposit, and an active credit or debit card to store on file to secure your appointment. By providing us with your credit card information at the time of reserving your appointment, you agree to our cancellation terms of your card on file being charged if you breach our Cancellation Policy, miss your appointment time, are not prepared for your appointment (hair not taken out from a previous style), or NO-SHOW.

Appointment reminders requesting you to confirm your appointment with us are sent via text message and email 2 days in advance of all appointments. We ask that you confirm your appointment via text by following the prompts from the confirmation message (the system will ask you to reply "Yes" to confirm your appointment. We require that all appointments be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Once confirmed, you will be notified of our exclusive location.

Failing to confirm appointment will result in CANCELLATION of appointment and possible cancellation fees.

Hair Services Policy

  1. Consultations: Prior to any hair service, we offer complimentary consultations to discuss your desired outcome, hair condition, and any concerns you may have. This ensures clear communication and enables our stylists to provide personalized recommendations.

  2. Hair Care Products: We use high-quality hair care products during our services. If you have any specific allergies or sensitivities, please inform us during the consultation, and we will make appropriate accommodations.

  3. Client Satisfaction: We strive to meet and exceed your expectations with every service. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with the result, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation and, at the owner's discretion, may offer a redo or alternative resolution.

  4. No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for services rendered. All sales are final.

  5. Redos: In the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of the original appointment. Redos will be handled at the discretion of the owner and will depend on the specific circumstances. Please note that a redo may not always be guaranteed.

  6. Liability and Limitations: While our skilled professionals strive to achieve optimal results, we cannot guarantee the longevity of any style due to elements and conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for the effects of humidity, weather conditions, client hair type, hair care practices, or home styling on the longevity of a style. We are not held responsible for any adverse effects, damages, or dissatisfaction resulting from services performed, including allergic reactions, hair damage, or loss of style longevity. We are also not liable for factors beyond our control that may impact the longevity of your style.

By receiving our hair services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these general policies. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with exceptional hair care.

  • Silk Press Policy​​:
    • Definition of Silk Press: A silk press is a temporary hair straightening technique performed using heat and specialized hair care products. It involves the use of a flat iron or pressing comb to create a smooth and sleek appearance.

    • Temporary Nature of the Style: A silk press is a temporary style, and the longevity of the straightened hair is influenced by various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • a. Humidity: High levels of humidity can cause the hair to revert to its natural texture more quickly. b. Weather Conditions: Excessive exposure to rain, wind, or other adverse weather conditions may affect the longevity of the style. c. Client Hair Type: The texture and condition of your hair can impact how long the silk press lasts. d. Hair Care Practices: Proper maintenance and regular hair care practices are essential for preserving the silk press style. Failure to follow recommended care instructions may result in a shorter lifespan of the style. e. Home Styling: The techniques and products used by the client at home can influence the longevity of the silk press.

    • Redos Discretionary by Owner: If you are dissatisfied with the result of your silk press, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. The owner will assess the situation and may, at their discretion, offer a redo or alternative resolution.

 

By receiving a silk press service at Roses and Rosé Hair Care Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above policies. We value your satisfaction and will make every effort to provide you with exceptional service and results.

  • Chemical Services Policy (Hair Color, Relaxer, Smoothing Treatments)
    • Consultation and Patch Test: Prior to any chemical service, we require a consultation to assess the condition of your hair, discuss your desired outcome, and address any concerns you may have. For new clients or clients who have not received a specific chemical service within the past six months, a patch test may be required to check for potential allergic reactions or sensitivities.

    • Hair History and Sensitivities: It is essential to inform us of any previous chemical treatments you have undergone, including relaxers, hair color, or smoothing treatments. This information helps us determine the appropriate products, techniques, and processing times to minimize the risk of damage or adverse reactions. If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, please communicate this during the consultation.

    • Strand Test: In certain cases, especially for new clients or significant color changes, we may perform a strand test to assess how your hair will react to the chemicals. This test helps us determine the processing time, color outcome, or suitability of a particular treatment. It also allows us to anticipate any potential issues before proceeding with the full service.

    • Maintenance and Aftercare: Chemical services require proper maintenance and aftercare to maintain the desired results and ensure the health of your hair. Our stylists will provide you with detailed instructions on how to care for your hair post-treatment, including recommended products, frequency of shampooing, and styling techniques. It is important to follow these instructions to prolong the life of your style and maintain the integrity of your hair.

    • Color Results: While we make every effort to achieve the desired color outcome, it is important to understand that the results may vary based on various factors, including your hair's natural color, condition, and previous treatments. We will discuss realistic expectations during the consultation to ensure a clear understanding of the potential outcome.

    • Redos Discretionary by Owner: If you are dissatisfied with the results of a chemical service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. The owner will assess the situation and may, at their discretion, offer a redo or alternative resolution. However, it is important to note that some chemical services, such as color corrections or drastic color changes, may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired outcome.

    • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for services rendered, including chemical services. We encourage open communication during consultations to ensure your desired outcome is understood and achievable.

    • Limitation of Liability: Roses + Rosé Hair Care Spa and its staff are not held responsible for any adverse effects, damages, or dissatisfaction resulting from chemical services performed, including allergic reactions, hair damage, or color outcomes.
